Carved into a bread roll, baked for us by Taylors of Bruton. Along with peppery salad leaves (rocket, mustard leaf, mizuna) and caramelised balsamic red onions, horseradish sauce and local craft produced mustards.
The beef served as part of a plated meal (could be on platters, buffet or table served) accompanied by a stunning gravy made from the 24 hour roasting juices.
